HOW DOES IT WORK?

Invited artists, renowned dance professionals, will give lectures online on specific topics, in dialogue with current issues of reinvention of art. These speeches will be offered in the form of live interviews at a certain time, when the public will be able to ask questions and be in direct contact with these professionals, through a mediator.

A body dances the poem cruelty.

Luís Serguilha was born in Portugal, in the last 12 years he toured South America, researching body and literature: poet, essayist, curator of Iberian-African-American rhythms and rays of art and thinking.
He wrote 14 books of poetry and essay. Plantar Rosas na Barbárie, Falar é Morder Uma Epidemia and Esgrimistas do À-peiron are the titles of your most recent books.
He has been invited to give lectures and conferences at various universities.

Dancer, choreographer, installation/performance artist, movement coach, lecturer, curator founding and board member of tanztendenz (Munich), ldp (Seoul), dance energy (Munich), living room (Munich), theaterverein (Munich), bayern3 (Nurnberg, Regensburg, Munich), tatraum (Düsseldorf).
Micha Purucker studied architecture, art history, cultural anthropology and dramatics before studying dance in munich and stockholm. for his idiosyncratic work in the fields of dance, theatre, installation, video, foto and film purucker soon gained recognition: the annual of DEUTSCHE BÜHNE mentioned him as outstanding contributor for the development of theatrical methods and tools.
Purucker's work is based on the basic parameters of body and space (metaphorically spoken as well as given) in focus: the body adapting to a special environment, a certain mindset, a special atmosphere and in a complex interplay of movement, sound, light – the work is about bodies under influence.
As demanding his projects and procedure might seem, his pieces are always grounded, direct, sensual and aesthetically gripping.

Professor of prevention of injuries in dance, researcher of languages of the body in motion, body educator and physiotherapist. Contributes as a teacher in several public and private institutions, in graduate and postgraduate dance, physiotherapy and medicine courses in UFRJ, UFBA and Faculdade Angel Vianna. Specialist in Higher Education, Dance Education UFRJ and Posture. Founding member of the GDS Method in Brazil, trained in France and Belgium with the creator of the Mme Struyf method. Training in the RPG Method Philippe Souchard, Motor Recovery through Dance methodology Angel Vianna, Method Bertazzo. Training in methods and techniques: Motor Coordination, Mulligan, Maitlan, “Crochetagem” (hooks techinique), shiatsu, Tuiná, Bioenergetic Massage, Ayurvedic Massage. Professional technical qualification in Dance at the Centro de Danças Rio. She has worked for 30 years as a teacher and physiotherapist, working in the job market with preventive interventions in education and health and in physiotherapy. Body trainer and physiotherapist at the Team Welcome Ceremony at Rio 2016 at the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
